01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to users ("User" or "you") of the vptk platform and all related services. By accessing the vptk website or any of its services, or by creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Before processing a withdrawal request, vptk confirms that identity verification has been completed. The name on the payment method must match the name registered on the account — otherwise the withdrawal will be rejected. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
