vptk Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
vptk believes online gaming should be fun — not stressful. Our safety tools and support team are always by your side.
Why We Care About Responsible Gaming
vptk is more than just an entertainment platform — it is a trusted community. We want every player to come to our site for enjoyment, and we want that enjoyment to never become a burden. Online gaming or betting is a popular pastime for many — but it is always wise to enjoy it in a controlled way.
We recognise that for some people, gambling or betting can become a problem. That is why vptk has developed a number of effective tools and policies to help you play safely and responsibly. Keep to your budget, set your time limits, and contact our support team whenever you need help.
Responsible gaming does not just mean protecting yourself — it also means thinking about your family and loved ones. vptk wants every experience to be positive and controlled.
Our Safety Tools
Set Deposit Limits
Decide in advance how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, you can reduce it immediately — but to increase it, a waiting period must pass.
Session Time Limits
Decide in advance how long you will play. When the set time is up, vptk will send you a reminder, and there is an option to end the session automatically. Keeping track of your time is the first step toward healthy gaming habits.
Break (Time-Out)
If you want to step away from gaming for a while, use the time-out feature on vptk. You can temporarily close your account for anywhere from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this period, no deposits or gameplay are possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, use self-exclusion. This option remains active for 6 months to 5 years. Requests to reopen an account during the self-exclusion period will not be accepted.
Set a Loss Limit
Set the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a given period. Once that limit is reached, vptk will automatically stop you. This feature is designed for your financial safety.
24/7 Support Team
vptk's support team is always ready for any concern or issue you may have. Contact us via live chat or email — support is available in both Bengali and English.

Before playing on vptk, set a few simple rules for yourself that will always keep you in control. Responsible gaming is not difficult — just a few habits will keep your experience enjoyable at all times.
- Play for entertainment only — do not treat gaming as a source of income.
- Set your budget in advance — only spend what you are prepared to lose.
- Do not chase your losses — this is the biggest risk.
- Do not play under the influence or when emotional — make decisions with a clear head.
- Take regular breaks — avoid playing for long stretches without stopping.
- Spend time with family and friends — enjoy the other parts of your life.

Deposit Limits and Financial Safety
The minimum deposit amount at vptk is ৳100 (for each payment method). This low threshold is set so that players can play with small amounts without taking on large financial risk. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
For your financial safety, we recommend setting aside a small portion of your monthly income as your entertainment budget and sticking to that limit. Before making a deposit via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer, take a moment to check that your budget is on track.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Fast withdrawals mean you receive your winnings quickly — but the wise move is not to use that convenience as a reason to deposit again right away.
